    This site is a storehouse of facility and key staff information within 1280 VA facilities, maintained on a regular basis by editors and administrators nationwide throughout the VA network.

  • Polytrauma/TBI System of Care
    VA’s Polytrauma System of Care (PSC) is an integrated network of specialized rehabilitation programs dedicated to serving Veterans and Service Members with both combat and civilian related Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and polytrauma. Services available through PCS include: interdisciplinary evaluation and treatment, development of a comprehensive plan of care, case management, patient and family education and training, psychosocial support, and application of advanced rehabilitation treatments and prosthetic technologies.

  • Home Base Program
    This Massachusetts General Hospital and Red Sox Foundation program provides clinical care and support for veterans with TBI and PTSD. They offer both in-person and virtual care options.

  • Operation TBI Freedom (Craig Hospital)
    Offers case management and direct support for veterans with TBI, helping with housing, employment, and financial resources. Based in Colorado but serves veterans across the country.

  • Wounded Warrior Project
    Provides comprehensive support for veterans with TBI and other injuries, including mental health resources, career counseling, and community engagement programs.

  • Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund
    Builds centers like the Intrepid Spirit Centers to support TBI treatment within military facilities and research new treatments for TBI and PTSD.

  • America’s VetDogs
    This organization offers service dogs specially trained to assist veterans with TBI, PTSD, and other injuries.
