The Patient Experience

Our philosophy is to treat patients as individuals whose deficits and abilities are as unique as they are. Patients are placed in the real-world situations they’ll encounter in life after rehab, with CNS staff there for them at every stage of their journey. Whatever brought them to us, we share a common goal—regaining the skills needed to live a meaningful life.

Patient Journey

Providing patients a practical foundation for independence is paramount, but it’s not the only part of the process. Whatever the challenges—logistical, financial, or other—involved in getting yourself or your loved one into a rehab program, we’re here to help you face them.

From before you step on campus to after you leave our doors, just contact us and we’ll walk you through the process.

Patient Videos

Inspiring and emotive, these short films about our patients chronicle the path from injury to transformation at CNS. The power of our intensive therapy is exemplified in vignettes that tell the story of triumph over adversity.

Patient Outcomes

In today’s healthcare climate, increasing the quality of care while reducing costs is a constant imperative. With every therapy we offer and every patient we admit, CNS strives to optimize treatment and maximize results. CNS outcomes are noted here to inform and guide consumers.

What makes working at CNS special to me?
"The fact that it is a large company and still manages to maintain a family feel to it for the most part. While it is a business it still places client care as a priority."

~ Denise

"The opportunity we have to make a real difference in our clients' lives by offering a type of rehab unique to CNS."

~ Tom

"I love working with the clients and the staff. It's what drives me to leave my comfortable and cozy bed every morning."
